Cwmni Theatr Arad Goch is one of Wales? leading theatre companies for young people and children; it creates four new productions and performs to over 25,000 people each year, in schools and in theatres. The company performs its work in Welsh and in English and has its own theatre and production house in Aberystwyth; it is funded by the Welsh Government through the Arts Council of Wales. The company organizes the biennial AGOR DRYSAU-OPENING DOORS festival; its work has been performed in Ireland, Scotland, USA, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Poland and Singapore.
- ?WHERE THE LEAVES BLOW? has been performed over 100 times in Wales. It is the story about a woman who collects leaves and antural things to decorate her new home. When she returnd to her new home there is someone else there. They have to learn to share and look after each other. It is a small, intimate and gentle performance where the audience ? very young children ? are able to interact with the characters and help create the scenario. WHERE THE LEAVES BLOW contains live music played on piano-accordion and whistle.
