FOXY FOX AND SILLY WOLF
puppet performance
Supported by STATE CULTURE CAPITAL FOUNDATION (Latvia)
The fairy- tale is a fairy-tale because it tells us some tale. Many fairytales of various nations tell us about the joys and sorrows, fortunes and misfortunes of a wolf and a fox. In this performance a well know situation about the witty and clever fox and silly wolf is re-played in attractive and enchanting way. Why does the fox always succeed, but the wolf gets in trouble? Perhaps the fox is witty, but the wolf is lazy and indecisive? Must one always follow the advice of the other? Maybe one must think for himself with his own head?
